[Pianod] Pianod2 hangs on network stall

Well I managed to get a clean pianod2 compile without libations and with
ffmpeg.  I yanked out all the distro supplied libav, compiled all the
dependencies, installed them into usr/local.  Finally I compiled with
PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/PKG_CONFIG and LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/lib.  It
took a while but everything seemed to work.  I will test it tomorrow.
