Thanks. I got tones. I had been to the audio section of raspi-config. I
thought I had it set correctly because I was able to play mp3's. But, come
to think of it, that might have been on my A+. I would have assumed the
setting was stored in a config file on the card and would persist to the
new Pi? Maybe not. I don't know. Anyway, I forced HDMI and got sound.
I'm not using a gui for anything yet. I did install lighttpd and set the
document root to the HTML directory in the source folder. I can navigate
to it. But, I haven't figured it out yet. Everything I've done so far has
been via the command line. Is the web client what you meant by "client
running"?
