[Pianod] Feature idea: Rate stations/mix auto

I'm mulling on this far future feature for shared listening environments.  Comments/ideas?

User would rate stations as good/bad/neutral (user data would be persisted).  If the mix was then set to 'auto', pianod would update the mix stations based on the logged-in users' station ratings.  The algorithm for the mix would use:

1. Intersection of all good-rated stations of logged-in users (ones everyone likes).
2. If empty, union of all good-rated stations less union of bad-rated stations (ones somebody likes and others can tolerate).
3. If empty, union of all good and neutral stations less union of bad-rated stations (ones everyone can tolerate).
4. If empty, stop (nobody can agree on the music).
