[Pianod] telnet volume

Thanks again for the help getting pianod compiled.  I'm testing with telnet
and was able to get through the commands to play all sounds.  But, I
couldn't get any sound out.  The website says if you don't get sound to
check the pianod window for errors and to check volume.  I'm confused what
the "pianod window" is and I don't know how to check the volume.  Also, is
the correct way to stop the tonegenertor to restart the daemon?
