[Pianod] State of pianod

The coding season (winter) is coming to a close, and adventure season (summer) starting soon.

pianod2 has gotten lots of love:
Features: crossfading, standardized & multi-item predicates, data file compression, filter improvements, separate mixes for each room, song proxying, alternate shuffle modes.
New library support: libsdl (output), AVFoundation (media engine & output), avdevices (output), mBedTLS, OpenSSL and SecureTransport (TLS).
Cleaner coce: refactored filter, reorganizing files/functions, more enum classes, EnumeratedArray<>, greater use of exceptions where appropriate.
Client improvements: internationalization, new pane selection, better search and various fixes.
Installation: a script to grab dependencies and build on Raspbian Jessie.

Orchid (pianod2 engine in a precompiled OS X application) exists and works.

If anyone is aware of any bugs or misbehaviors in pianod2, please let me know ASAP so I can fix them before I disappear.
