[Pianod] Pianod2, Internal Server Error

Thanks for the tips, I was on ffmpeg. Building LibAV and recompiling with
that has solved the problem! I do receive the following warning still:

[resample @ 0x7f009808a2a0] First timestamp is missing, assuming 0.

But there seems to be no ill effects.

Before trying LibAV I also commented out the three lines you suggested (in
mediaunits not audiounits) which does get everything running. The volume
can't be set though as might be expected.

./pianod_unittest filesystem_playback gave the following:
