[Pianod] Android Client (Pianod Remote)

Hi,

I have put together an android client for pianod (doesn't support pianod2
yet...). Given I that I am a total hack when it comes to coding I am not
promising anything.

I have put the app on the play store but only in alpha/beta testing. If you
want to download from there then just ask to join:
