[Pianod] Build dependencies

I can't seem to find an email address to get wiki editing permission, so I hope to just get this written down somewhere it might help others.


From a fresh raspbian install, updated and upgraded, the libbsd-dev library was necessary to build pianod. Otherwise it failed compiling waitress.c or whatever it is named.




Hope this helps someone else. Got stuck on this a month ago and this is first chance I've had to revisit.
