[Pianod] Build dependencies

I’ve enabled account creation on the wiki.  I’ll shut it off tonight or tomorrow, before the spammers start nesting in there so anyone that wants a wiki account go create one RSN. http://wiki.deviousfish.com

The compile trouble you were running into—can you provide specific errors?  I would like to add the necessary support to the autoconf/configure script.

@Michael H: Android client?  Thinking you meant Raspberry Pi.  One of my cohorts installed pianod on a Raspberry Pi (not sure of the distro) last week and reports none of the stall problems others have seen.  Perhaps someone experiencing problems on the Pi could spend some time debugging?  I’d love to see the issue fixed, but without a Pi and limited time...
