[Pianod] pianod r157, client r43, and wsgw r25

pianod r157 is available with the development downloads.
* Websocket integration in football; wsgw is no longer needed.  Pianod Websocket port defaults to port 4446, -p<port>+1 or can be changed to anything else with -P<port> or disabled with -P0.
* Webserver support.  With the -c option, you can specify a directory with client files and pianod will serve them.

Client r43:
* Client has been updated to assess its URL, and if it’s being served from somewhere other than DeviousFish.com, it disables the login server input and connects to its origin webserver.
* Add station from track pop-up now also does add seed from track to other station.
* All inputs are cleared, accordions closed, and drop-downs reset on logout.

wsgw r25 is also in development downloads.
* Proper HTTP error responses.
* When starting as ‘nobody’, adopt nobody’s supplementary groups.
* Fix typo in log message.
