A friend who is familiar with Pis suggests network issue may be due to power supply. He claims 90% of the time when there are weird problems with Pis, especially network ones, it’s a marginal power because the Pis push the 5W limit of USB. He claims this is especially noticeable on the later (“B”?) boards which have some extra hardware. I’m not sure I like this answer; the description posted here seemed to be specifically timed rather than intermittent, but in lieu of anything better...

So are the pianod hangs possibly these 15-20 minute lags between songs, or something different? Have you tested to confirm or differentiate?
You’re not using PandoraOne (paid account)… You don’t have your startscript pointing you toward PandoraOne servers, do you? I’m not sure what the symptoms of doing this would be; excess skips will trigger silent audio files to be sent, perhaps it’s similar.
Also, web client update in the works.

* Create track from song/artist moves to Trackview.
* Support for new features in r154/155 (Change to “Set Pandora account” on admin view, new “Use existing Pandora account”).
Let me know if I’ve broken anything. It’ll be promoted soon if all is silent.
