[Pianod] Client updates

Updated client in test:
	http://draft.deviousfish.com/Df/pianod/Client

Explain song choice is now the '?' in the upper right of the album art.
Song title now opens the more-info link Pandora sends down, which gives lyrics, purchasing options etc.
Double-clicking album art opens the art at native size in a new window.
Clicking play in trackview when no station is selected now automatically pulls up station view rather than displaying an error and letting you do it manually.
