[Pianod] r149 promoted / STOP NOW follow-up

r149 has been promoted from development to a stable release.  The MacPorts port has been updated to use 149.

I also tried compiling r149 on my 2001-vintage Clamshell iBook running 10.3... and it compiles without snags and runs!  Woot!

@JimmyPop: Did STOP NOW work out to solve your pause problems?

I believe that's the only outstanding question at the moment.

As far as open issues, there's the audio/groups issue.  There are two options I see:
* Changing setgid to initgroups, which should pick up additional groups.
* adding a new option, -g, which would accept a list of comma-separated groups to manually set the group list.

For doing the Right Thing + added flexibility, it probably makes sense to do both.   The manual page says setgroups(2) dates to BSD 4.2, 1993 or earlier... Does anyone think we'll need a portability check for this in the makefile?
