[Pianod] r149 & dealing with boot-time issues

P.S.  I have had some issues with when 1 station is playing, when I
issue a play station command, then a skip, it will sometimes pick the
station, play a new song for 1 second, then Skip that song, but only
sporadically, if I don't send a skip then after the song finishes it
will always go to the new station.
