I'm hesitant to include something that so flagrantly neglects the Pandora terms of service.  Bending the rules and using our own player because theirs doesn't do what we want doesn't bother me, but adding a feature for snagging the music breaks the spirit of things.

pianod-ao-test.tar.gz is in the Devel downloads.  It's 144+some code to check the audio device is there before starting the player thread, then reinitialize libao if it's not.  Let me know if that fixes the boot-up problems with the libao default device, if so there's a bit more work to make it work with other devices.

Thanks for offering.  As nice as it could be for testing, I've got enough crap around the house and little enough time as it is.
