[Pianod] r131, protocol change

r131 is available in the development area, featuring autotuning (automatic station selection).

The client doesn't entirely support it yet, but doesn't choke.

Note that message 109 changed: the station type can now be 'mix', 'auto', or 'station'. (auto is new).

New commands are:
rate station < good | bad | neutral > [station name]
play auto
select auto

And the mysterious 'influence' privilege now does something.

pianod development is now complete.  Once the client is updated to support autotuning, I think it's all about done.
