[Pianod] web client how to?

Hi John,

The web client requires a websocket gateway, which I just wrote last weekend and needs a little more work.  I expect to publish this weekend sometime.  I also need to add the ability to set the server the client connects to, which should also be this weekend.  Once that stuff is worked out, I'll write some documentation.
