[Pianod] Remote control, NetIO, station ordering

You're totally right; this is just the place for one of the mobile 
development systems.  I haven't tried them, have heard more about 
Titanium, but PhoneGap seems nice and is newer.  Cross-platform doesn't 
seem like the main advantage so much as just standardized, high level UI 
development and (for this purpose) network communication.

I pinged the NetIO developer about adding list-menus that could be 
populated from server responses, but it is a pretty significant step up 
from what NetIO can currently do.  NetIO is nice for a really quick hack 
but something like PhoneGap is probably more the right level for this.

I'm very short on spare time right now but look forward to seeing what 
you get.
