[Pianod] 103 status wrong after music starts playing

Hi Michael,

Having trouble reproducing or tracking this down.  Indeed, you should be getting a 101 playback status response, not 103 stopped.  To narrow it down some...

From the log, I believe it's a fresh startup of pianod?

If you're able to reproduce this, is there a brief pause between the track data appearing and 103 Stopped?

If you enter a blank line a moment later, does it then report the correct status?
